ccgraph — internal test install

Customer-context knowledge graph from Unito meeting transcripts. Internal test deploy.

1. Pick a client

• Claude Desktop — install the packaged extension below
• Claude Code CLI — add the server with one command

Both hit the same server; pick whichever you use day-to-day.

Claude Desktop

1. Download the extension:
   Download ccgraph.dxt
2. Double-click the file. Claude Desktop will prompt to install it.
3. In Claude Desktop → Settings → Extensions → ccgraph, fill in two fields:
   • ccgraph server URL:
   • ccgraph bearer token: the token you were given
4. Open a new conversation and ask Claude to use a ccgraph tool, e.g. "Use get_corpus_stats from ccgraph."

Claude Code CLI

1. Add the server (user-scoped so it's available in every project):

2. Verify:

   claude mcp list

   You should see ccgraph in the list.
3. In any claude session, just ask — tools appear automatically. Example: "List the customers ccgraph knows about that mentioned migration this quarter."

What tools are there?

• search_memory — hybrid vector + BM25 search across the graph, returns facts with citations
• get_customer_brief — summary for a customer/contact by name
• get_recent_interactions — meeting segments mentioning a customer, newest first
• find_customers_by_topic — customers associated with a topic
• get_corpus_stats — size of the graph; sanity-check that things are wired
• get_transcript_snippet — raw transcript text around a citation, for grounding a claim

Troubleshooting

• 401 / unauthorized: token typo, or it was revoked. Ping platform for a new one.
• Connection refused / timeout: the test EC2 may be down. Ping Eryk.
• Claude Desktop can't find the extension: re-download the .dxt, it may have been partially downloaded.

This is a disposable internal test deploy — no uptime guarantees. Please don't share the URL or the .dxt outside Unito.
